My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The room on the 9th floor was clean and offered a pleasant city view, but it was a bit small and noisy for my taste. The service was helpful, especially at breakfast, but it felt a bit unprofessional at times. The location right in the middle of the city made things convenient, although navigating the area at night was challenging due to poor lighting. Overall, for the quality of the room and service, I feel it was decent value for money.

The room was clean and comfortable, situated on the 9th floor which provided a nice view of the city. However, it was a little small and noisy.
Service
6.0
The staff were sympathetic and helpful, particularly during breakfast where they provided instructions on how to assemble the excellent Mohinga, though their professionalism was inconsistent.
Location

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to attractions like Sule Pagoda and various shops, but it was a bit tricky to find my way back at night due to the lack of street lights.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a lovely view from the roof restaurant, making it a great way to start the day.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable, though a bit small and oddly laid out. The service could be improved, as my requests seemed to put the staff out at times. The location is great for exploring the local area, especially the street food and markets. Dining was enjoyable with lovely views, but slightly limited in options. Overall, I found it decent value for money but with room for improvements.

Rooms

The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable, although the layout was peculiar with the drain located far from the shower.
Service

While some staff were nice and helpful, my requests were sometimes met with annoyance, which was off-putting.
Location

The location was perfect for walking around the Chinese district and not too far from major attractions like the Sule Pagoda. However, it was a bit tricky to find my way back at night due to the lack of street lights.
Dining

Dining was really enjoyable with a lovely view from the rooftop restaurant. I loved the freshly cooked noodles and omelets, though I'd have liked to see more fruit on the menu.
Facilities

Facilities were decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The hotel had everything I needed without being extravagant.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I found them to be smaller than I'd hoped, making it a bit difficult to relax. The service was friendly and helpful, which was a plus, and the location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby. However, the dining options were just okay and could use some improvement.

Rooms
6.0
Even though we chose the biggest room, it felt too small for comfort. However, it was quiet, extremely clean, and the bathroom had a good shower with hot water.
Service
7.0
The staff was nice and helpful, but I noticed a slight lack of professionalism at times. They were incredibly supportive in assisting us with everything we needed.
Location
9.0
The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to shops and the Sule Pagoda. Although we had some trouble returning at night due to limited street lighting, there were plenty of vibrant sights and sounds to enjoy just outside.
Dining
6.0
Dining was decent enough, but nothing to write home about. The rooftop terrace had a lovely view, which was nice, but the food options were a little lacking.
Facilities
6.0
The overall facilities were adequate, but I didn't find them particularly remarkable. There was nothing that really stood out during my stay.

7.6/10

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. I really appreciated the amazing views from the 9th floor, which made my mornings bright. However, constant foot traffic and elevator noises were a bit distracting. The location in the heart of Chinatown was perfect for exploring, but there was a lot of traffic to navigate. The dining experience at the rooftop restaurant was great, especially the fresh noodles, but the room's lack of a kitchenette was disappointing, as it felt like false advertising.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in had a fantastic view of the city from the 9th floor, but it also faced a lot of foot traffic and elevator beeps, which was somewhat bothersome.
Service
7.0
Most of the staff were polite and helpful, but there were a few who seemed less informed. Joe, however, stood out for his eagerness to help with tips about local attractions.
Location
9.0
Being located right in the heart of Chinatown was a real bonus, making it easy to walk to many of Yangon’s must-see sights despite the heavy traffic.
Dining
8.0
Dining at the rooftop restaurant was truly enjoyable, especially the freshly made noodles. The view while eating made the experience even better.
Facilities
7.0
The overall facilities were decent, especially the breakfast lounge on the roof, but I wished they had more to offer in terms of in-room amenities.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were cozy and sparkling clean, they definitely need a bit of a facelift, and I was disappointed to find out there was no kitchenette despite the listing. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us in arranging transportation and tickets. The location was fantastic, situated in the heart of Chinatown, making it easy to explore nearby shops and street food. Overall, the value for money was decent, but a few tweaks could have made it even better.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were cozy and sparkling clean, but the walls had some stains that made them feel a bit dated. Also, I was misled by the listing since it mentioned a kitchenette that wasn't there.
Service
9.0
The service was very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to connect us with a great driver for our trip to the Golden Rock, saving us money compared to travel agent prices.
Location
10.0
The hotel is right in the middle of the city, just a few walks away from shops, Sule Pagoda, and a boat station, which was great for exploring Chinatown.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were adequate; I enjoyed some meals on the rooftop with a nice view of Shwedagon, but the overall variety could use a boost.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel facilities were decent enough, but nothing overly special stood out during my stay.
